Andrzejki, Mikołajki and office Christmas parties — companionship for the party season
Published: August 24, 2026
Between late November and Christmas Eve, the calendar in Poland can fill up faster than during carnival: Andrzejki (St Andrew’s Eve, the traditional party night at the end of November), Mikołajki (St Nicholas Day on 6 December), office Christmas parties, pre-holiday dinners with friends. It is also the season when the question “with whom?” comes up more often than usual — and more and more people answer it by arranging companionship through an ad. A night out together, dancing, conversation over dinner — this is a normal, legal companionship service, and the November–December party run is one of the most common reasons for such meetings.
Andrzejki and Mikołajki — a relaxed start to the season
Andrzejki (no need to stick to the night of 29/30 November — the parties spread across the whole weekend) is a good occasion for a first, no-strings meeting: a club, fortune-telling games, dancing, none of the holiday ceremony. Mikołajki, in turn, lends itself to an intimate dinner for two — a small gift is a nice gesture, but it does not replace or “buy” anything.
Rates in this period are standard — roughly 250–400 PLN per hour in smaller cities and 400–600 PLN in Warsaw; for a full overview see how much do escort services cost in Poland. For an outing of several hours it is worth asking about a combined rate, which is usually better than a multiple of the hourly one. When you go out to a club or restaurant, the costs of the evening — tickets, the table, taxis — are covered by the person doing the inviting; that may be obvious, but it is better said out loud than left to guesswork. Not everyone who advertises takes bookings for multi-hour social outings, so ask about that format directly in the very first conversation.
The office Christmas party — discretion at its finest
Bringing a companion to a company event is entirely doable, but it calls for honest planning:
- Say in advance where you are going. A company party is a different job than dinner for two — the other person needs to know the dress code and what “cover story” you are using (a friend, a partner — agree on one version and stick to it).
- Set the boundaries of the roles up front: how you introduce yourselves, whether you stay together all evening, what time you leave. Improvising in front of your colleagues is the shortest route to an awkward moment.
- Discretion works both ways — no photos at the company photo booth, no details in table conversation. Professional companions have experience with situations like these; describe yours honestly and you will get an honest answer as to whether such an evening is on the table.
Plan ahead — December will not wait
The party season packs schedules on both sides. Weekend dates around Andrzejki and Mikołajki are best booked at least several days in advance, and office Christmas parties — the moment you know the date. The proven rules for first contact and confirming a meeting are covered in our guide how to arrange a meeting; for last-minute plans, the “available now” status on escortnow helps — it shows people ready to meet that very evening.
Safety rules know no season: no prepayments or “deposits”, payment in person, verified ads only — how to recognise them is covered here.
And if your party season flows straight into Christmas and New Year’s Eve — we write about quieter, holiday companionship in alone for the holidays. You will find current ads on the home page and by city, for example Warsaw.
