How to start advertising in Poland — a beginner's guide
Published: August 24, 2026
This guide is for adults who have made their own decision to advertise and want to take the first step properly. We neither encourage nor judge that decision — we describe how to get from decision to first published ad while protecting your privacy and safety from day one.
Before you start
Three things are worth settling before you even open a registration form:
- You must be an adult. Only people aged 18 or over may advertise — moderation rejects ads from minors without exception.
- It must be your own decision. You advertise on your own account and on your own terms. If anyone pressures you, “organises” your start or expects a share of your earnings for “help” — that is a warning sign, not help.
- Discretion towards the people around you. Decide in advance who in your life should know about this work, and stick to that boundary. Use a pseudonym in the ad — the internet has a long memory.
Choosing a site
Where you publish matters more than it seems. A site with moderation reviews ads before publication, so your genuine ad does not compete with fakes — and clients trust a list that contains no spam. Extra verification (for example a “verified” badge next to the ad) sets you apart from anonymous listings from day one. A full comparison of Polish sites from the advertiser’s point of view is in where to post escort ads in Poland.
Preparing your ad in practice
- A separate phone number. A cheap prepaid SIM is enough. The number from your ad will circulate online — do not link it to your bank account, private messengers or social media profiles.
- Photos without traces. Before uploading, strip the metadata (EXIF data can contain your location) and check the frame: the view from a window, distinctive furniture or an addressed envelope in the background can give away where you live. Cropping out your face is a normal practice that clients understand.
- Boundaries written down in advance. Before you take the first call, have a written list: what you offer, what you do not do, and at what rates. A list next to the phone means no negotiating under pressure.
For the content of the ad itself — title, description, photos and pricing — see how to write an effective escort ad.
Your first publication on escortnow, step by step
- Create an account — an e-mail address is all you need.
- Confirm the address by clicking the link in the welcome message.
- Open the ad creator: choose a category and city, add a description, photos and your price list.
- The ad goes to moderation — we review every listing before publication, which is why there are no fakes on our lists.
- You pay for publication with Talons — the site’s internal currency, topped up in your account panel. The price list is public, with no hidden fees and no commission on meetings.
Once approved, your ad appears in every language version of the site, and contact with clients stays direct.
Safety from day one
- The no-prepayment rule works both ways. Never send money to anyone for “account verification”, “transferring your ad” or “promotion” outside the site’s official price list — these are classic scams. A client, in turn, should not be asked to prepay by bank transfer before a meeting, because that is how fake ads operate; settling in person is the standard and builds your credibility.
- Tell a trusted person. A simple routine — a message saying where and until when, plus a check-in afterwards — genuinely improves your safety.
- The right to say no. It applies at every stage: on the phone, at the door, during a meeting. A client who does not accept your boundaries is not a client.
