Adult work — where to find vetted job offers and avoid scams

Published: September 22, 2026

This article is for adult women who are considering work in the companionship industry — in a massage parlour, an agency or a club — and want to look for offers in a place where someone has checked them first. We neither encourage nor judge that decision; we describe where to look, how to tell an honest offer from a suspicious one, and what the alternative to salaried work is.

The job board on escortnow

Industry job offers are published on a separate classifieds board — the list is at /en/oferty/, and the job offers themselves after applying the type filter: /en/oferty/?type=job. Massage parlours, agencies and clubs from all over Poland advertise there; alongside jobs the board also carries premises rentals, services and items for sale, so it is worth setting the type filter straight away.

What sets this board apart from messenger groups and forums:

Looking, say, for companionship work in Szczecin, set the city and type filters — instead of digging through nationwide groups, you get a short, moderated list.

How to tell an honest offer from a suspicious one

Moderation weeds out the obvious spam, but the final judgement of the terms is yours — especially after the first phone contact. Red flags at which the conversation should end:

  1. An “entry fee”. For registration, training, a photo shoot, an outfit or “reserving a place”. An honest venue earns from the work, not from the candidates — any request for money before you start working is a scam.
  2. Holding your documents. Nobody has the right to keep your ID card or passport “on deposit”. That is not a formality but a mechanism of pressure — and a crime.
  3. No specifics about the place. A venue that will not give an address before a recruitment meeting, or invites you “first to a flat for a chat”, is not a venue.
  4. Vague financial terms. Honest job offers — including erotic-massage ones — state the percentage or rates, the hours and the settlement rules outright. “Details on site” usually means terms that could not be written down publicly.
  5. Time pressure and “arranging” your start. Someone who pushes, organises a flat, transport and a phone, and expects a share of your earnings in return, is an alarm signal, not help.

Go to a recruitment meeting during the day, tell a trusted person where you are, and sign nothing under pressure. More rules are collected in the safety guide for advertisers.

The alternative: your own ad instead of a job

Work in this industry does not have to mean a parlour or an agency. Many women deliberately choose to work for themselves: their own ad, their own rates, their own boundaries and direct contact with clients — without giving up a percentage. It takes more organising at the start (a number, photos, premises), but you keep full control. How to get from the decision to the first publication is described step by step in the guide on how to start advertising.

Providing companionship services as an adult, voluntarily and on your own account, is not a crime in Poland — what is punishable is profiting from someone else’s prostitution and inducing a person into it, which matters precisely when judging offers from “intermediaries”. The details and the limits of the law are discussed in the article is escorting legal in Poland.

Summary

Start with the moderated board of job offers, judge the terms against the red-flag list, and remember you always have the alternative of your own ad. No entry fees, no handing over documents, no decisions under pressure — an honest offer defends itself with specifics.
